Q: 1. Any Spike/Clem interaction? A look, anything? 2. Enjoyability of episode?

1. Alas, no. Nothing.
2. I'd give it a 6.5. It's just marking time. IMO.
But the Xander/Dawn moment was swell.

Did all the Slayerettes jump Spike in a fit of teen lust?

I'm sure they WANTED to.

did it show Xander really angry and discontent or more supportive of Dawn

He wasn't angry, or discontent. He's accepted that he has no superpowers.

Handholding. It was brief, but there.
There was also one of those glance-look away-glance back things.

They're in the graveyard. Rona and Vi are walking, cautiously, watchful. All of a sudden, Rona is knocked ass over teakettle and into a gravestone. It's Spike, and he grabs Vi from behind, pauses for a moment, and then goes to bite her.
She screams. He pauses, about three inches from her neck. He wasn't trying to hurt her, I'm guessing"
Spike says the two of them are dead.
Buffy wants to know why.
And then there's a discussion of instincts.
Buffy asks Vi what her instinct was, and she tries to fake it. Buffy's not buying, and makes her tell the truth: run.
Okay, then Buffy lectures, and after that she tells Spike to come at her, full out.
She turns back to the ProtoSlayers, still lecturing. And of course he tries to surprise her. But she ducks and he crashes into a headstone.
She's straddling him in a hot second, stake ready to strike.

More lecturing, while sitting on Spike.
When she looks back at him, he's in human face and is obviously in pain. She's immediately focused on him. Asks if he's all right.
He says he is, but it's obvious from his voice that he's not being strictly truthful.
She pulls his shirt up (not all the way, just on one side about six inches), and starts to feel.
He takes hold of her hand to stop her, pulls her hand away, and she doesn't pull her hand away.

Feel clinically or stroke in an erotic yet tender manner?

clinically. But with undertones of erotic-yet-tender. IMO.

She's still sitting on him. And Kennedy says, "Now that's HOT."
And Molly, taking notes, wants to know if they're supposed to make out with him.
This makes Buffy uncomfortable, and she gets up, but offers her hand to Spike. She helps him up, and calls the next two SiTs up for their turn. and then she does the surreptitious look at Spike thing.

dori, what did you think of buffy's scene with counseling amanda? was it All About Spike?

yep.

Dori...did buffy look unsure when she tells amanda it's over?

That was Buffy, trying to convince herself.
she sounded sort of rueful to me. Like she was embarrassed.

when Spike is in the cemetery at the beginning is he wearing the shirt from Sleeper, or more of a black version of the blue shirt from BY?

It's some kind of henley, I think.
<for those who didn't know what a Henley is/was, we dragged up an example>
Long sleeves, scoop collar, two front buttons. Or it might have been a t-shirt with long sleeves.
Helmet hair, alas...

Oh, and there are a couple of odd looks from Spike when Buffy is telling the SiTs that vampires are animals.
Twice.

Dawn was very cool in this ep.

Buffy's fighting the vamp in the crypt, and lecturing at the same time. She flings the vamp across the crypt into the wall, stunning him. Then she drops the stake and she and Spike leave, closing the doors.
The SiTs are standing there with their jaws hanging... and the next time we see them is in the Summers living room, talking to Amanda. They had no problem, once the shock wore off, apparently.

Dori -- how many Slayerettes in the cemetery?
Four, I think. Er, Rona, Vi, Molly, Kennedy...

Did I mention that Spike was HOT in this ep? (like THAT'S news. )
I want to know what those looks were about when Buffy was calling vamps animals.

And oh, the demon bar was cute.
But, <snif>, I miss Willy...

Dori, did Clem and Spike even get a look?

no. Clem is focused on Buffy from the get-go

And I didn't see any scars on the stomach, but that could have been because the shirt didn't go very far up.

what's this about Clem turning into something freaky?

Weird appendages spring forth from his face. But we see it from the back.
no, not phallic. Sort of...tentacley.
sounds very bettlejuice dori
That's it exactly.
